I've never liked working out and could not stick with it.....well, that was until I started training with Jia this year. Jia is so knowledgable, motivating, and most of all has coached me to change my mindset! Aside from getting stronger, I have also lost a total of 10 lbs!! I would 100% recommend her to everyone. Take 20-25 mins out of your day and workout with Jia.
